Delete Your Account and Data
This page explains how YokiHub app users can request deletion of their account and associated data. YokiHub is operated by Pelegan Innovations Ltd.
Overview
If you use the YokiHub app and want your account and associated data deleted, you can submit a deletion request by email. This page is provided so users can easily understand the request process, the categories of data that may be deleted, and the limited cases where some records may need to be retained.
How to Request Deletion
Send your account deletion request to info@yokihub.com.
- Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name and the email address used in the YokiHub app.
- Include your phone number used in the app, if applicable.
- Include the school, parent association, or organization linked to your account, if applicable.
- State clearly that you want your YokiHub account and associated data to be deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Your YokiHub app account profile and account identifiers that YokiHub directly controls.
- Personal data associated with your account in YokiHub systems, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
- App-related contact and profile information that is no longer required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
Where your data has also been provided to or controlled by a school, parent association, or other subscriber using YokiHub, additional deletion steps may need to be coordinated with that organization in line with applicable legal responsibilities.
What Data May Be Retained
- Records that must be kept to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and audit records that must be retained for legitimate operational or compliance reasons.
- Limited records required to document and process the deletion request itself.
Backup and Retention Timing
Once your request has been reviewed and processed, YokiHub will delete applicable account data from active systems subject to legal and operational requirements. Some residual copies may remain in secure rolling backups for up to 30 days before being automatically overwritten.
